Relating to amending certain statute so as to adjust the compensation for County Treasurers in counties of a population of not less than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000), where the Treasurer of such counties prepares the payrolls, makes payments thereunder in cash, and acts as paymaster for the county, in addition to the regular duties as County Treasurer.
