Relating to amending certain Acts providing for the taking of fish from the fresh waters of Hunt County, Kaufman County and Rains County, Texas, and making it unlawful to take any such fish except by ordinary hook and line or by seine or net, the mesh of which is less than one and one-half inch square; fixing penalty.
