Relating to amending certain laws declaring unlawful the sale or offering for sale, transportation, preparation, receiving or delivering for transportation or marketing of citrus fruit that is immature, unripe, overripe, frost damaged or otherwise unfit for consumption and the sale thereof declared to be a fraud upon the public; prescribing penalties for violation of any of the provisions of this Act.
