Relating to making it a misdemeanor to use a telephone in the office, place of business or home of another person, firm or corporation, for long distance conversation and have the charges, fees and tolls therefor charged to the person, firm or corporation in whose name the telephone so used is registered, without the consent of the person, firm or corporation in whose name such telephone is registered, and prescribing a penalty therefor.
