Relating to fixing the compensation and working days of the Grand Jury Bailiffs of the 37th and 94th Criminal District Courts of Bexar County, Texas and any other Criminal District Courts that hereafter may be created in said County of Bexar, for both walking and riding grand jury bailiffs, said working days to be not less than six days per week.
