SB 355, 41st R.S.
Relating to tick eradication among live stock, so as to include Cherokee, Rusk, Panola and Nacogdoches counties in that territory in which systematic tick eradication work is carried on and provided for, the purpose of this Act being to add said counties to that territory described in said Act as being West of the Brazos River and North and West of a line described in the Act as running from the Northwest corner of Robertson County to the Southeast corner or Harrison County, as set out in detail in Section 25 of said Act as it now exists.
