HB 461, 41st R.S.
Relating to prohibiting the building, construction, extension, operation or maintenance of any pipe line leading into waters of the Gulf of Mexico, which pipe line is used or designed to be used for transporting, handling, loading, unloading or discharging oil, gas, or any derivative of oil or gas, or any other product or commodity susceptible of being transported into tanks, ships, vessels, barges, or any water-craft or any agency for loading water-craft, and providing a penalty and imposing upon the Attorney General of Texas the duty of bringing timely suit to prevent and restrain the violation of this Law, and fixing the jurisdiction and venue of such action.
