Relating to creating La Feria Water Control and Improvement District, Cameron County Number Three (3) in Cameron County, Texas, validating and approving all orders made by the Commissioners' Court of said county in respect to the original organization of said district as a Water Improvement District under Article 3, Section 52 of the Constitution.
