SB 338, 40th R.S.
Relating to Water Improvement Districts by providing that lands in any such District which who are not susceptible of irrigation by gravity from the existing system of canals and laterals, or which the owner or owners thereof no longer desire to irrigate from such system, or which for other reasons, should be withdrawn from such district, may be discontinued as part of such District.
