SB 269, 40th R.S.

Relating to community property, and the disposition thereof, so as to provide for the control, management and disposition of community property by the wife, when the husband has disappeared and his whereabouts is unknown to the wife for more than six months, and providing the method and procedure for making proof of the existence of the facts necessary to give her such rights of control, management and disposition.
