HB 534, 40th R.S.
Relating to authorizing the admission in evidence, in suits to which the Banking Commissioner of Texas may be a party, of all books, records, papers and documents, or certified copies thereof, of insolvent banks in course of liquidation by the Banking Commissioner and providing that such originals or certified copies shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein contained.
