Relating to providing for the transfer of title to certain lands to the State Highways Commission containing 20.52 acres of land, more or less, and being a part and parcel of the present campus of the North Texas State College at Denton, Texas, necessary for the relocation and improvement of U.S. Highway No. 77 from the West line of Avenue "D" to the East line of Avenue "I" in, and adjacent to, the City of Denton, Texas.
