Relating to amending certain Acts by excepting from definitions of "Motor Carrier" and "Contract Carrier" and exempting from such provisions persons transporting fresh iced fish or shellfish from coastal production-landing points to packing or freezing plants not more than seventy-five (75) miles inland form such coastal production-landing points upon the filing of certain insurance.
