SB 187, 54th R.S.

Relating to exempting from existing statutes regulating the length of motor vehicles which may be operated in this State such vehicles or combinations or vehicles used exclusively to transport poles, piling or unrefined timber from the point of origin of such timber to a wood processing mill no more than fifty (50) miles distant; imposing conditions governing such vehicles.
