Relating to amending the "Sabine River Authority Act" so as to change its name to Sabine River Authority of Texas; establishing fees of Office; authorizing the District to issue revenue bonds for the purposes set out in the Act and providing that the aggregate principal amount of the bonds outstanding at any one time shall not exceed Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,00); repealing all laws in conflict herewith; containing a severability clause.
