Relating to amending certain Acts by excepting from the definition of "Motor Carrier" and "Contract Carrier," and exempting from the provisions of such Acts any person transporting fresh iced fish or shellfish from coastal production-landing points to packing or freezing plants upon the filing of certain insurance; providing for the repeal of all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act; providing that if any section, sentence, clause, phrase, word or part of this Act be held invalid or unconstitutional it shall not affect the remaining portions.
