Relating to amending certain Acts so as to transfer certain administrative duties under the Judiciary Retirement Act to the Clerk of the Supreme Court of Texas; providing for additional compensation to the Clerk for his services in administering the Act; making appropriations for payment of the additional compensation; stating the effect of this Act on current appropriations.
