Relating to creating the Two Mile Creek Conservation and Reclamation District of Calhoun County; prescribing the boundaries and finding a benefit to such territory, providing for the issuance of bonds by such district under certain circumstances; providing that the general laws shall be applicable to such district; enacting other provisions relating to the subject district to enable the district to function properly.
