Relating to amending certain Acts by making it unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, or any agent or servant thereof, acting as a wholesale distributor or news agency to require, or demand of, any person, firm, or corporation selling goods, wares, and merchandise at retail to purchase or accept from such distributor or agency any other pamphlet, magazine, or printed matter, providing a penalty for violations of this Act; repealing all laws in conflict with this Act in so far as they conflict with this Act.
