SB 132, 56th R.S.
Relating to providing for payment of twenty-five percent (25%) attorney's fee on suits up to Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) against an insurance company where it shall be determined on the trial of the cause that the plaintiff is entitled to compensation as asked and has, prior to the petition, presented proof to said company that the amount of damages asked for was reasonable and the insurance company has refused to pay, or has offered a lesser amount as a compromise.
