SB 303, 56th R.S.
Relating to authorizing any incorporated city or town in the State of Texas, including Home-Rule Cities, to enter into contracts with a district, authority, or other political subdivision creating and operating under certain provisions of the Constitution of Texas, and having sanitary sewer powers, whereby the district agrees to collect, transport, process, dispose, and control, any or all, of wastes and sewage, either or both, for such city and its inhabitants.
