Relating to amending the Texas Municipal Retirement System; providing for establishment and operation of a "Supplemental Benefits Fund" as an additional and separate fund within the System to provide supplemental benefits for disabilities sustained as a direct result of performance of duty by designated employees of municipalities electing to participate in said Fund.
