Relating to authorizing any nonprofit corporation incorporated under the laws of this state for charitable purposes and affiliated or associated with a medical center having a recognized medical school and which has for its purpose the support of medical facilities dedicated to the use and benefit of the public, situated in certain counties, to exercise the power of eminent domain.
