Relating to amending certain acts to provide credit to members of either the Teacher Retirement System or the Employees Retirement System of Texas for service rendered as either a teacher or auxiliary employee employed in the public schools, colleges or universities of the state, or as an appointive officer or employee of the state; providing for the effective date for this Act.
