HB 506, 56th R.S.

Relating to amending the Insurance Code of Texas to provide that minors not less than fourteen (14) years of age and without guardians of their estates may contract for and otherwise acquire policies of life, term or endowment insurance, or annuity contracts, and exercises all rights and powers and give valid acquittance thereunder notwithstanding their minority and as though of full legal age.
