Relating to amending certain statutes providing that the Supreme Court may grant certain attorneys who have practiced law in a State of the United States for a period of seven (7) years and who hold a license to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States and who have resided in the State of Texas for a period of twenty-four (24) months, a license to practice law in the State of Texas without taking examination; providing certain substitutes for prelegal study.
