Relating to levying an additional occupation tax on the occupation or privilege of obtaining the production of Dedicated Gas as a Severance Beneficiary and on the business or occupation of producing such gas, to be known as the Severance Beneficiary Tax; making violation of certain provisions of the Act a misdemeanor and providing the punishment therefor.
