Relating to amending certain Acts to include as employees of the State eligible for membership in the Employees Retirement System of Texas, subject to all provisions and benefits applicable to members of the Employees Retirement System of Texas now or which may be hereafter provided by law, certain civilian employees of the Texas National Guard and the Texas Air National Guard.
