Relating to amending certain Acts by providing that registration bureaus operated without profit by recognized state-wide Licensed Vocational Nurses Organizations for the enrollment of its members only for the purpose of providing nursing service to the public shall not be liable for the payment of any occupation taxes and/or license fees.
