HB 449, 55th R.S.

Relating to granting to State employees who terminated membership in the Employees Retirement System of Texas prior to the effective date of this Act and withdrew their accumulated deposits, the privilege of redepositing such funds and receiving credit for prior service, under certain conditions and limitations.
