HB 444, 55th R.S.
Relating to permitting school districts having territory situated in a county having a population in excess of one hundred and ninety thousand (190,000), according to the then last preceding Federal census, to levy an additional ad valorem tax not to exceed fifty cents (50¢) per One Hundred Dollars ($100) valuation for the purpose of the construction, repair, renovation or equipment of public free school buildings and the purchase of necessary sites therefor with the use of current funds raised from such tax levy.
