Relating to fixing the terms of office of school trustees of independent school districts having eleven thousand (11,000) or more scholastics according to the last official scholastic census and which are situated in a county having a population of five hundred thousand (500,000) inhabitants or more, which districts were heretofore created by having been converted from a common school district into an independent school district.
