Relating to authorizing the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools to determine the amount of land excess to the needs of the operation of the Austin State School Annex; to sell and convey same after offering such land to other state agencies for a period of six (6) months and no agency desires the transfer of such land to it.
