HJR 14, 58th R.S.
Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment eliminating the requirement of the payment of a poll tax as a prerequisite for voting, making registration a prerequisite for voting, and providing that no poll tax, registration fee, nor literacy test shall be made a prerequisite to registration or voting; providing for the procedure for voting in the case of lost registration receipt, and for the registration by husband or wife on behalf of spouse.
