HB 539, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that no approved substitute teacher shall be prevented from continued employment in a substitute teacher capacity where a relative within the prohibited degree is a member of the employing school board, if the substitute teacher has been on call and has been listed for two years prior to the election or appointment of the relative to the school board.
