HB 199, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that subpoenas issued in misdemeanor wife and child desertion cases shall be amenable outside the county in which prosecution is pending and that officers issuing and serving such process and witnesses from within and without the county in such prosecution shall be compensated as though the offense were a felony.
