Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to drivers' licenses; requiring chauffeurs and commercial operators to hold operators' licenses in order to drive as operators on and after January 1, 1963; providing that no act or offense committed under one class of license may be used in an action to suspend or revoke any other class of license; specifically exempting automatic suspensions.
