SB 44, 57th 3rd C.S.
Relating to amending the Texas Election Code relating to the filing fees of candidates for office in counties having a population of one million (1,000,000) or more, according to the last preceding Federal Census; and in counties having a population of not less than six hundred thousand (600,000) and not more than one million (1,000,000) according to the last preceding Federal Census, and relating to the filing fees of candidates for State Representative in State Representative Districts containing eight (8) and not more than nine (9) or more counties.
