Relating to amending a certain Statute to extend the application of the occupation tax on the gross receipts of certain gas, electric and water utilities to all intrastate gross receipts from the sale of gas, electricity and water, and imposing said tax at a uniform rate of 2% of all such gross receipts, making certain exemptions.
