Relating to authorizing the Texas Youth Council to convey a certain tract of land, now a part of a tract of pasture land owned by the State of Texas and used by the Corsicana State Home, to the Corsicana Independent School District in exchange for another certain tract of land adjoining the Corsicana State Home property.
