Relating to independent examinations of state credit unions, regulation of their bonds, authorization of membership officers, authorization of loan officers and authorizations of dividends and credits for state credit unions; relating to amending a certain Statute to authorize the Banking Commissioner to cause credit unions to have an independent examination by any certified public accountant or licensed public accountant, as well as one or more credit union examiners.
