Relating to increasing the punishment authorized by law for offenses when the property has historical significance; providing for the additional punishments of a fine of not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) or confinement in a County jail or State penitentiary of not less than one (1) day nor more than ten (10) years.
