Relating to amending a certain Statute authorizing any Junior College District which was originally created with the same boundaries as an Independent School District, the boundaries of which Independent School District have been subsequently extended and enlarged, to annex such territory added to such Independent School District by such extension and enlargement to such Junior College District for Junior College purposes only.
