Relating to providing that it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, or the officers or employees thereof, engaged in financing the purchase of, real or personal property to require that a borrower or any other person pay a service charge or fee of any king to substitute the insurance policy of one insurance company for that of another or negotiate with a particular insurance agent or insurance company in obtaining insurance coverage on the property.
