SB 428, 58th R.S.

Relating to establishing, authorizing, and providing for the "__________ County Industrial Training School District" located in any county in this state having a population of not less than six hundred thousand (600,000) nor more than nine hundred thousand (900,000) according to the last preceding federal census, so as to provide vocational training for residents and non-residents of such county.
