SB 540, 59th R.S.

Relating to amending certain Acts by empowering the District not only to develop and provide fresh water but further to provide sanitary sewerage facilities; so as to provide that the amount of ad valorem taxes which may be levied annually for all purposes shall not exceed $1.00 on each $100 valuation of taxable property, of which not to exceed $0.10 may be levied for maintenance and operation purposes when authorized at an election.
