Relating to amending certain Acts relating to the method of procedure of amending municipal zoning ordinances; authorizing cities of 300,000 population or more, according to the last preceding Federal Census, to have the city plan commission or zoning commission hold public hearings on any proposed changes or amendments to the zoning ordinance in lieu of having additional notice and hearings before the governing body of the city.
