Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas to redefine the jurisdiction of all courts of the State of Texas, to authorize the Legislature to provide by general law for the implementation of such jurisdictional changes, and to provide that the organization, structure and procedure of such courts shall be as determined by general law.
