Relating to the conservation of oil and gas and the protection of correlative rights, stating the powers and authority of the Railroad Commission of Texas relating to field-wide unitization, the definitions of terms and phrases; providing for the application and its contents, the matters to be found by the Commission and the nature of its orders, the approval of a plan of unitization by Working Interest Owners and Royalty Owners; the amendment of Commission Orders, the matters included in unit operation, the enlargement of the Unit Area and the creation of new units; the effect of unit operation on existing property rights and receipts not being unit income; providing for procedures, notices and appeals, for certificates of effective dates and termination of units, containing provisions relating to public lands and that these agreements are not in restraint of trade; providing for severability.
