Relating to authorizing the commissioners courts of certain counties which have issued bonds for the purpose of constructing buildings and other permanent improvements to be used for coliseums and auditoriums within such counties, to construct, enlarge, furnish, equip, and operate parking stations in the vicinity of such coliseums and auditoriums; containing a severability clause; enacting other provisions relating to the subject.
